The world is warm and the pace of the farm is steady. In the heat of July, we invite you to find a cool sanctuary of the mind. This evening is about harmony—finding the rhythm between ourselves, the horses, and the natural world. It is a time for deep relaxation and soaking in the restorative power of the summer sun setting over the paddocks. Join us for a calming evening of guided meditation with Dreamwinds certified equine assisted learning facilitator and mental health expert Laura Boyko (MSW RSW, M.Ed.).

Why Meditate with Horses?

Horses live entirely in the “now.” They are masters of emotional resonance and non-judgmental presence. When we sit in their company, our heart rates naturally begin to sync with theirs, lowering stress and opening a doorway to deep, authentic peace.

No previous horse experience is needed and all activities take place on the ground.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes (boots are recommended). You may wish to bring a water bottle, and anything else that might help you to feel comfortable.
